Where did Wob-art lures come from?

M.W. ‘secret weapon’

Wob-art lures are the result of many years of experience in angling and constructing lures. There hand made lures, signed with M. W. initials for several years have been a ‘secret weapon’ for many excellent anglers. Thanks to these lures, a lot of superb fish specimen were caught and numerous fishing competitions were won. A few well known and respected companies in southern and central Poland manufacture their baits on the basis and design of several models of our lures.

What makes Wob-art lures special?

Lures series under the name ‘The Aristocracy among Lures’ are made to the size, shape, colors and behavior in water that imitates the fish species and are the most attacked and eaten by predators. In addition, the shapes of certain lures have bold bellies, like fish with roe during spawning and are therefore more likely to be attacked by predators. Wob-art lures are painted entirely by hand using airbrushes, brushes and colored pencils. For the best finish we use pearlescent coating, metallic paint and others, also using the special technique of painting: glaze and the appropriate shape and color of 3D eyes. Wob-art lures are provided with highest quality profiled stainless steel split rings and treble hooks selected by parameters according to the type of use.

What Wob-art lures are made from?

Wob- art lures are made of hydrophobic cold polyurethane foam of appropriate density, depending on the size of the bait. Frames (skeletons) are made of high quality stainless steel wire with high strength 1000-1200MPa. In large models, designed for big fish (strong) and trolling, frames are welded which greatly increases their strength. Wob-art lures are coated with multiple layers of UV paint, resistant to sudden changes in humidity and temperature and mechanical damage.
